At the heart of our offering is exceptional baked goods crafted by Antonio Carlini – an Italian master of artisanal baking currently based in Brno, whose approach honors traditional techniques, long fermentation, and integrity in every step. From this bread and pastry, we not only prepare our breakfasts, but you’ll also find it available for direct purchase.

Our breakfast menu features classics such as Eggs Benedict, Croque Madame, or Turkish eggs with yogurt and chilli oil. Sweet lovers will enjoy homemade waffles with fruit and vanilla mascarpone, or crunchy granola with lavender syrup, along with a wide selection of desserts and pastries.

Throughout the day, we offer a variety of focaccias and fresh sandwiches filled with our excellent pastrami, mortadella, or smoked salmon. Everything is prepared exclusively from fresh, high-quality ingredients – no compromises.
